By purchasing from our store, you agree to our shipping policy.
Please note the policies on this page apply to the Furality Store only.
Shipping addresses
We ship to most destinations worldwide. Any locations we cannot currently ship to will be listed on this page.
Due to restrictions by our shipping partners, we cannot currently ship to the following locations:
- Ukraine: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions.
- Russia: All regions.
- Belarus: All regions.
- Palestine: Gaza Strip region.
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
When entering your shipping address, please use the address format of your local jurisdiction. Consult your local mail carrier for the correct format to use.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us ASAP at store@furality.org. We may be able to make changes to the delivery address before the order ships, but we cannot make changes after the order ships. To make changes or arrangements for an in-transit order, please contact the delivering carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
Contact phone number
A contact phone number is required in case the shipping carrier or customs officials need to contact you about your order. For customers outside the United States, please include your country code as well.
Additional customer information required
For customers in the following jurisdictions, you will be required to enter additional information with your shipping details in order to process your order and ensure your shipment is processed correctly by customs.
- Brazil: Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF)/Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ) number is required.
- South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required.
- Italy: Codice Fiscale (CF) and Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC) are required.

China (PRC): People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card Resident ID number is required if resident of PRC. For foreign nationals without a Resident ID number, your passport number is required.
If you have submitted your order to one of these destinations without inputting the required additional information, contact us at store@furality.org before your order ships to have this corrected. Unfortunately, we will be unable to add additional information to your order after your order ships.
Shipping methods
We use USPS, DHL, and UPS to ship orders, and the carrier used may depend on destination and item type.
For destinations in the United States, the delivering carrier may use USPS for final mile delivery. For destinations outside of the United States, the final mile carrier may be the official mail carrier of your jurisdiction.
If multiple carrier options or shipping speeds are available to ship your order, you will see an option for this at checkout.
Your order may be divided into multiple shipments due to items in your order shipping from different locations. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
Shipping times
For orders within the United States, most orders will arrive 2-5 business days from when an order is placed.
For orders outside of the United States, please note delivery time for your order will depend on the carrier used and any customs inspection. Below are the typical transit times for each carrier.
USPS: 1-4 weeks from shipping time
DHL: 4-10 business days
UPS: 4-10 business days
Packaging
Orders will be shipped in either a poly mailer or a cardboard box. The packaging is plain, though the destination and return addresses will be displayed on the shipping label.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order. In some cases, your order will be divided into two or more shipments, and you will receive confirmation emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping costs
The cost of shipping for your order will vary depending on item size and shipping destination. This shipping cost will be calculated and displayed to you at checkout.
Sales tax
We collect applicable sales taxes on orders in some jurisdictions. Sales tax will be calculated when you enter your shipping address during checkout.
Import duties
We do not collect or pay customs duties on customer orders, so you may be responsible for paying any applicable import duties for your jurisdiction. If duty is owed for your shipment, you will be contacted by the delivering carrier to pay duty.
Import restrictions
Most of our items can be shipped worldwide, but some items may not imported to your jurisdiction due to customs policies. Any applicable import restrictions for our products can be found on their respective product pages.
Delivery issues
You can track the shipment progress of your items by entering the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website. If there are any issues with shipping progress or delivery, or if your items are held for any reason, the carrier will display those issues on the tracking page.
On rare occasion, parcels may become lost in transit. Please contact us at store@furality.org if your carrier reports your parcel as lost, or if tracking progress on your parcel stops for 21 days or more.
Reshipment
If your order is returned to us by the carrier, please contact us at store@furality.org and our support team will work with you to determine the cause of delivery failure. Furality support will inform you of any applicable charges for reshipment of your order.
