Refund policy

By purchasing from our store, you agree to our return and refund policy.

Please note the policies on this page apply to the Furality Store only. 

Please note that all exchange, return, and refund requests must be submitted to our support email store@furality.org. Exchanges, returns, and refunds not approved by our support team via email will not be honored.


Returns and refunds

For all orders, we have a 7 day return and refund policy. 

In order to be eligible for returns or refunds, the following criteria must be met: 

  • Return must be initiated by the customer within 7 days of item delivery. Return requests must be submitted by email to store@furality.org, including the order number and description of the item you wish to return. 
  • All items must be in new condition. 

Once your return request is received, our support team will work with you on your return request. For accepted returns, you will be responsible for any return packing and shipping cost. 

For safety, customs, and logistics reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items: 

  • Liquids of any kind
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Vouchers or redemption codes

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the order within 7-10 business days. If your payment method is no longer valid when the refund is issued, please contact the bank of your payment method to claim your refund. 


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If any of your items arrive damaged, there are visible defects from manufacturing, or if you receive the incorrect items, you may request to exchange the affected items. 

To initiate the exchange process, email us at store@furality.org within 7 days of receipt of your item, including your order number and photos of the damage or defect. Our support team will work with you on your exchange request. 

If damaged/defective items must be returned, our support team will issue you a shipping label. 

Replacements are subject to availability of items to be replaced. In cases where a suitable replacement item is not available, a refund of the item cost and shipping cost will be issued within 7-10 business days. 


Exchanges

The product pages for all items in our store have published dimensions, as well as sizing guides for apparel items. To ensure you get the right size, please consult the product page for the items you wish to purchase, and ensure the correct size item is in your cart when you checkout. 

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us via email at store@furality.org within 7 days of receipt of your item, including your order number, a description of the item you wish to exchange, and a description of the item you would like. Our support team will work with you on your exchange request. If there are any applicable costs or fees for this type of exchange, they will be communicated to you by our support team in your exchange request.
